Processing time
In-stock orders paid before 12:00 ET usually ship the same or next business day. Large orders, special orders and marketplace prep can add 1–3 business days.
Shipping methods
| Method | Best for | Typical transit (Canada / US) |
|---|---|---|
| Parcel (Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post) | 1–10 cartons | 1–5 business days |
| LTL freight | 1–6 pallets | 2–7 business days |
| FTL / dedicated | Full truckloads | Quoted per lane |
| Customer pickup | Local buyers, own carrier | By appointment |
Shipping cost
Freight is quoted with each order. You may also ship on your own carrier account; provide the account number and service level on the PO.
Tracking
Tracking numbers or the freight PRO number are emailed when the order ships.
Receiving
Count cartons and inspect for damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it. Signing a clean receipt can void a carrier damage claim.
Risk of loss
Title and risk pass to the buyer when goods are handed to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We assist with carrier claims for shipments we booked.
Order cut-off times
| Service | Cut-off for same-day dispatch |
|---|---|
| Parcel | 12:00 ET on business days, payment received |
| LTL freight | Booked the next business day; pickup by appointment |
| Customer pickup | Ready within 4 business hours after confirmation |
Delivery options
- Liftgate: needed when your site has no loading dock.
- Appointment: required by most retail distribution centres and marketplace warehouses.
- Inside delivery: available for some freight shipments at extra cost.
- Residential: carriers charge a surcharge for home addresses.
Insurance and declared value
Shipments we book are insured to their invoice value. If you use your own carrier account, insurance is your responsibility; we recommend declaring the full value on high-value shipments such as cameras, drones and laptops.
Lithium batteries
Laptops, phones, tablets, cameras and drones contain lithium-ion batteries. Ground shipments within North America follow carrier rules for batteries packed in or with equipment. Air shipments follow IATA dangerous goods regulations, and spare batteries may need separate packing. We label and declare every shipment correctly.
Holidays and peak season
We do not ship on Canadian statutory holidays. From November to January, carriers are busier and transit times can stretch by 1–3 days, so order earlier for holiday stock.
