Information we collect

Contact details you submit through forms or email (name, company, email, phone, address), tax registration numbers, order history and communications.

How we use it

To answer inquiries, review account applications, process orders and payments, arrange shipping, meet tax and legal obligations and send order updates.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to fulfil orders (carriers, payment processors, accounting) and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Business records are kept for as long as required by tax law, usually six years, and then deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to or correction of your personal information, or withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing info@qelogic.com. Our privacy officer can be reached at the same address.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function. We do not use advertising trackers.

Security

We protect personal information with access controls, encrypted connections and limited staff access. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.

Where data is stored

Some of our service providers, such as email and cloud software, may store data outside Quebec or Canada. We choose providers with appropriate safeguards and assess transfers as required by Quebec law.

Website forms

Information you send through our forms is emailed to our sales team and kept only as long as needed to answer you and manage your account.
