Carton packing
Retail boxes ship in manufacturer master cartons where possible. Mixed orders are packed in double-wall cartons with void fill. Each carton is labelled with the PO number and carton count (for example 3 of 12).

Marketplace prep
We can apply FNSKU or retailer labels, polybag items and build cartons to fulfilment-centre limits. Send the label files and carton requirements with your PO.
Serial lists
Serial numbers are recorded per carton and sent as a spreadsheet with your invoice.
Packing materials
We use double-wall corrugated cartons, kraft or air-pillow void fill and anti-static bags for components. Fragile items such as monitors and cameras are packed in their retail box inside an outer carton when not shipped in master cartons.

Pallet types
Standard shipments use 48 × 40 in wooden pallets. Heat-treated (ISPM 15) pallets are used for export. Plastic pallets are available on request for clean-room or retail requirements.
Packing photos
For high-value or export orders, we photograph cartons and pallets before they leave. Photos are available on request and help with carrier claims.
