Authorized reseller

Quality Electronics is an authorized reseller for every brand we sell. We buy through direct manufacturer accounts and authorized distribution accounts, so products carry full manufacturer warranty and support.

No grey-market stock

We do not buy from unauthorized brokers. If a model is outside our authorized accounts, we tell you rather than source it elsewhere.

Documentation you receive

Commercial invoice, packing list and serial number list with every shipment. Proof-of-purchase letters for marketplace brand-approval applications are available on request for qualifying orders.

• Warranty: manufacturers can refuse warranty on units sold outside authorized channels.
• Marketplace accounts: Amazon and other marketplaces ask sellers for invoices from authorized suppliers when a brand or customer files a complaint.
• Safety: counterfeit chargers, batteries and earbuds can fail safety standards.
• Resale value: genuine products with clean serial numbers sell faster and return less.

How counterfeit electronics are usually spotted

Common signs include poor-quality printing on boxes, serial numbers that do not match between the box and the device, missing or wrong regulatory marks, unusually light weight and prices far below market. Our receiving team checks every incoming lot for these signs before it enters stock.

Documents for marketplace sellers

For qualifying orders we provide:

• Invoices showing our full business name, address and contact details
• Brand, model and quantity on every line
• A letter confirming our authorized status for the brand, where the brand permits it

Report a concern

If you ever doubt a product's authenticity, email us with the serial number and photos. We investigate every report and will take back any unit we cannot verify.
