Who we sell to
We supply registered businesses that buy for resale or for their own operations:
- Brick-and-mortar and online retailers
- Marketplace sellers (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Best Buy Marketplace)
- IT service providers, MSPs and system integrators
- Schools, healthcare, government and corporate procurement
- Exporters and regional distributors
1. Open an account
Complete the account application. Include your legal business name, address and tax registration numbers. Canadian buyers provide GST/HST and, in Quebec, QST numbers. US buyers provide a resale or exemption certificate for their state. Most applications are approved within one business day.
2. Request a quote
Send a list of model numbers or SKUs, quantities, required condition (new, open box or refurbished) and the delivery address. If you only know the product type, describe the specification and budget and we will propose options.
3. Confirm the order
Reply to accept the quote or issue a purchase order referencing the quote number. We send a pro forma invoice with final totals including shipping and applicable taxes.
4. Payment
Pay by wire transfer, e-Transfer or card. Approved accounts may order on net terms. See Payment terms.
5. Inspection and shipping
Orders are picked, inspected and serial-logged before packing. You receive tracking details, the commercial invoice and the serial list when the order ships. See Shipping & delivery.
6. After delivery
Check the shipment on arrival and report shortages, damage or dead-on-arrival units within the window in Returns & RMA.

Tips for a smooth first order
- Send manufacturer part numbers. Many models exist in several regional or retail configurations. The full MPN, including any regional suffix (HP uses codes such as #BGJ), avoids getting the wrong keyboard, power cord or warranty region.
- Say what condition you need. Quote requests marked "new sealed only" or "open box acceptable" get faster, more accurate answers.
- Tell us where it is going. A marketplace warehouse, a retail store and an end customer each need different packing and labels.
- Bundle supplies with hardware. Toner, ink, spare batteries and cables ship in the same cartons at no extra freight cost.
- Ask about substitutes. If a model is short, we can often offer the current successor or an equivalent from another brand.

Where to go next
Read Product condition grades before your first quote so you know exactly what each grade means, then Payment terms to choose how you will pay. When you are ready, open an account.
